Complete Step-by-Step Process for Socials Collab Users

How to delete your account

Open the App

Launch the Socials Collab app on your device.

Navigate to Settings

Go to your Profile and then open the Settings menu.

Find Delete Account

Tap on the Delete Account option.

Review Consequences

Read the warning information carefully. Deleting your account will result in immediate loss of campaign data, earnings, and profile info.

Confirm Understanding

Check the box: 'I understand that deleting my account is permanent and cannot be undone.'

Initiate Deletion

Tap the Delete Account button.

Final Confirmation

A confirmation modal will appear asking 'Are you absolutely sure?'. Tap Delete to proceed.

Automated Cleanup

The app sends a request to our server, which permanently erases your user record and all private data.

Logout

You will be automatically logged out of the app.

Review Consequences Carefully

Immediate loss of all campaign data, earnings, and profile info.

Cancellation of any ongoing subscriptions without refund.

Permanent closure of the account (cannot be reactivated).

Note: Deletion requests are processed and data is removed permanently within 7 days.

Alternative Deletion Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team directly. Our team will process your request manually to ensure your data is removed.
