Cancellation & Refund Policy
At SocialsCollab, we value your trust and are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for all our users—both brands and creators. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our services.

Applicability
- Brands who subscribe to SocialsCollab’s platform services or run influencer campaigns.
- Creators who purchase premium tools, subscriptions, or services on SocialsCollab.

Subscription Plans (Brands and Creators)
2.1 Cancellation of Subscriptions
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your account settings.
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically result in a refund for any payments already made.
2.2 Refunds for Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the payment has been processed.
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rata refund only if cancelled within the first 14 days of the subscription period, provided no campaign or paid service has been used.
- No refunds will be issued for partially used periods beyond the initial 14-day window.

Campaign Fees (Brands)
3.1 Campaign Cancellation
- Brands may cancel a campaign before creator selection without any penalty, and funds (minus platform fees) will be refunded to their wallet balance on SocialsCollab.
- Once creators are selected and work has started, campaign fees are non-refundable.
3.2 Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be granted if:
- A creator fails to deliver content as agreed.
- Content delivered is rejected by SocialsCollab due to policy violations.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of campaign closure.

Creator Payments
- Creator payouts are final and non-refundable once released, except in cases of:
- Proven fraud.
- Breach of SocialsCollab’s terms by the creator.

Additional Paid Services
Services such as UGC studio bookings, content licensing, or event collaborations follow specific cancellation and refund terms outlined in separate agreements or invoices. Please refer to those documents for details.

How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at support@socialscollab.com.
- Include your account details, order/campaign ID, and reason for your request.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method or SocialsCollab wallet balance within 14 business days.

Exceptions
- A request is made after the applicable refund period.
- Services have been consumed or delivered as agreed.
- The user has violated SocialsCollab’s Terms of Service.

Changes to this Policy
SocialsCollab reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
