You must be at least 13 years old to use Socials Collab. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter these terms.

Socials Collab facilitates task selection and payment between influencers and brands. You agree that task descriptions and compensation are provided by the brand, and Socials Collab is not responsible for any disputes related to task completion or payment.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason, at our discretion.

All content on Socials Collab, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not use our content without permission.

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

Socials Collab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on our platform.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Socials Collab.
